Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp gingerroot (grated)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or fork.
