Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and egg.
  3. Shape into 12 meatballs, and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Brush the split hoagie buns with the olive oil, and season with garlic powder and salt. Put buns on cookie sheet and cover with foil. Place in the oven during the last 5 minutes of the meatball's time, or until lightly toasted.
  6. Put the pasta sauce in a saucepan and warm over medium heat.
  7. When the meatballs are done, transfer them into the pasta sauce.
  8. Spoon meatballs into the warmed hoagie buns, and top with slices of provolone cheese. Cover with foil and return to the over for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Cool slightly and enjoy!
