Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, 1 cup of sauce OR ketchup and thourougly blend them all together.
  2. Make patties.
  3. Heat up the sauce.
  4. Fry the patties in the pan or try broiling them for a different texture.
  5. Toast the buns.
  6. Put the patty on the bun.
  7. Pour on some sauce and serve with your favorite side dish.
