Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Spoon about 1/2 cup meat mixture onto each bun.
