Directions:

  1. Cook chicken in olive oil over med/high
  2. Add onion & carrots cook 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in zucchini and tomatoe broth
  4. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
  5. Top your bowl with parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve with buttered french bread.
