Italian Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir fry garlic in oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add beef strips.
  3. Stir fry 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove beef.
  6. Add zucchini and stir fry 2-3 minutes until tender crisp.
  7. Return beef to skillet.
  8. Add tomatoes and dressing.
  9. Heat through.
  10. Serve over hot pasta.
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan.
