Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 x 12 or larger casserole dish with olive oil.
  2. Slice potatoes.
  3. Place a layer of potatoes in casserole dish.
  4. Season lightly with salt& pepper.
  5. Slice Zucchini or vegetable marrow.
  6. Place a layer of zucchini.
  7. Slice about 2 tomatoes.
  8. Place a layer of tomatoes.
  9. Season lightly.
  10. Sprinkle flour on tomatoes for slight thickening agent.
  11. Season with 1/2 oregano and 1/2 parmesan cheese to taste.
  12. Place on a layer of uncooked spaghetti.
  13. Add water.
  14. Repeat layers of potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and seasonings of salt, pepper, oregano and parmesan cheese.
  15. Cover with a layer of bacon.
  16. Cover with aluminum foil.
  17. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  18. Take off foil and bake another 15 minutes uncovered.
  19. Enjoy!
