Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp lime zest

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove garlic clove before serving.
