Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let flavors meld while bringing the oil to room temperature (2 hours or so). Strain through a paper towel and place oil in the refrigerator until ready for use. Discard solids.
