Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Blanch, peel, and cut tomatoes.
  2. Peel, core, and cut apples and onions.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Bottle and seal.
  5. Just guessing on the servings.
