Indian Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds
  3. When they crackle, add the chillies and ginger
  4. Add salt and turmeric
  5. Immediately add the potatoes [ peeled and mashed]
  6. Mash them some more, combining all the ingredients together
  7. Let it cook for about 5 minutes
  8. Squeeze half a lime [ or about 1 tsp of lemon juice] in it and mix
  9. Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped corriander leaves over it
  10. Enjoy!
