Hot Pineapple Side Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (#2 or 1 lb 4oz .) crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 3 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Mix Pineapple, sugar, and flour in a bowl.
  2. Add beatn eggs
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish (1 Qt)
  4. Melt 3/4 stick butter then stir in 3 slices of bread that is cut in small cubes
  5. Put buttered cubes on top of pineapple mixture in baking dish
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 Minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Everyone will like ,but they will not know what it is.
