Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 tbsp grated onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks, set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mash yolks.
  4. Add mayo, horseradish, dill, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper - mix well.
  5. Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Refrigerate until served.
