Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat cream until it begins to thicken, add vinegar gradually; continue beating until cream is stiff; add salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish.
