Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream Butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs,pumpkin and vanilla.
  3. Mix and sift flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,nutmeg,and cinnamon.
  4. Add to creamed mixture,mix well.
  5. Add walnuts and butterscotch chips,mix gently,but thoroughly.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees,for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from cookie sheet while they are still warm.
  9. Cool on racks.
  10. Could top them with a soft frosting if you wish.
