Pumpkin-Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Add the egg, pumpkin and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and then stir these dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Add the pecans and the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake in a 350 deg.
  6. Oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Cool and serve.
  8. Makes 4 dozen.
