Honey Mustard Pork Loin

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork loin
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the porkloin.
  2. Coat the porkloin with the sauce.
  3. Roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until the meat thermometer register 155 - 160 degrees.
  4. Slice thinly.
