Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper in a large saucepan and stir over medium heat until smooth
  2. Add the potatoes and chives and mix lightly
  3. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole
  4. Bake at 350F for about 1 hr and 10 mins.
  5. Test the potatoes for tenderness to be sure.
