Homemade Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium red potatoes
  • 14 oz corn
  • 14 oz peas
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 lb stew beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in oil
  2. Add diced vegetables
  3. Add tomatoes
  4. Add water
  5. Bring to boil
  6. Add sugar
  7. Turn down and simmer for 2-3 hours
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste
  9. 15-1 cup servings
