Homemade Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 3 1/2 cups potatoes
  • 3/4 cup ham
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/3 cup celery
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Add water with diced items: Potatoes, ham, onion, and celery. Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir in chicken bouillon.
  2. In a separate pot, heat milk and cornstarch until thick (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Add milk mixture to stock pot and cook until soup is heated through.
