Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combind all ingredients in blender or shaker cup.
  2. Grind oats in a coffee grinder to very fine or just use oat flour.
  3. Use a higher quality protein like Whey Isolate for best results.
  4. Mix with 1 cup of water or skim milk.
  5. Mix with fresh or frozen fruit, sugar free flavored syrups, or anything else you want to add.
  6. Mix well and enjoy!
