Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten egg; mix until fluffy.
  2. Add mashed bananas, milk and vanilla; beat until well mixed.
  3. Sift baking soda, salt and flour togther. Add to banana mixture; beat until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Add fruit.
  5. Grease pans. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. If using the mini muffin tins, you will have to adjust your baking time accordingly.
