Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup crisco
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Cookie: Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa into bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for about 7 minutes.
  2. Filling: Beat together and fill as desired.
