Hermzy Bran Cranberry Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Add milk to bran cereal.
  2. Mix all other ingredients. Melt butter for easier mixing.
  3. Spoon into large Texas style muffins cup.
  4. Makes 7 muffins.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
