Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 oz walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix the wet ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients by hand.
  3. Now miz the wet and dry ingredients BY HAND.
  4. Bake at 375 F for 75 minutes.
