this healthy banana bread is my creation. i use oil instead of butter to decrease the fat and i substitute some of flour for oats. my family loves this bread. also, i use stevia sweetener instead of regular white sugar.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 bananas
8 ounces baby carrots
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 ounces walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1. mix the wet ingredients in a blender.
2. mix the dry ingredients by hand.
3. now miz the wet and dry ingredients BY HAND.
4. bake at 375 F for 75 minutes.
