Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 and grease baking sheet.
  2. Combine shortening and margarine, sugar, egg,milk, and vanilla.
  3. Combine oats,flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix into creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in raisins and nuts.
  5. Drop onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 min.
  7. Remove to aluminum foil to completely cool.
