Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 large container cool whip
  • 3 boxes of coconut cream instant pudding - if you can'tsp find use instant vanilla or banana

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Make cake according to package directions, adding one tablespoon of oil.
  3. Bake cake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes - test with toothpick for doneness.
  4. Cool cake.
  5. Mix pudding and milk.
  6. Spread pineapple ontop of cake.
  7. Beat cream cheese and pudding mixture together and spread ontop of pineapple.
  8. Top with banana.
  9. Spread Cool Whip on the pudding mixture and top with coconut to cover.
  10. Refrigerate before slicing.
  11. You can also top with cherries of strawberries for garnish
