Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cool the Pork (or chicken) and then sprinkle with flour.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat oil and fry pork until sealed.
  3. Dice the potatoes, tomato and Green Chilis.
  4. Crush and mince the garlic.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients to the saucepan and cover.
  6. Cook at a low simmer for 4hrs.
  7. Serve with flour tortillas.
  8. (try adding white onion, celery or red bell pepper as you see fit. its a stew!)
