  2. Chicken with Chorizo and Beans.
  3. . 1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees mark 5. Heat olive oil in large pan or flame proof casserole And brown the chicken portions.remove from pan and set aside.add the chorizo to pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until oil starts to run.
  4. 2. Add the onion,garlic and chilli powder and fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. 3. Add the red peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in passata,tomato purée,stock,beans,potatoes and Thyme and bay leaf.Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 4. Put the chicken and any juices back into pan.Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  7. 5. Remove the thyme and bay leaf, and stir in spinach until it wilts. Serve and enjoy!
  8. I give this recipe 5 STARS. It's simple to cook, very tasty, and a hearty meal perfect for winter. It's also fool proof just follow the simple recipe and you cant go wrong!
