Harvest Salad

  1. Wash (if not pre-washed) greens, and place in large bowl. tear into small bite-sized pieces if necessary.
  2. Wash, core, and slice pears. add to bowl.
  3. Wash, core, and cube apples. add to bowl.
  4. Add cherries, cheese, and walnuts.
  5. Drizzle on several tablespoons of vinaigrette (to taste)
  6. Toss salad with wooden spoons.
  7. Serve chilled with French bread and goat cheese.
