Directions:

  1. Steam 2 1/2 cups of uncooked white rice. Mince onion and cube ham. Then heat together in skillet with 1/2 tbsp oil until onions are tender. Some ham is fatty enough to where you won't need any oil at all. Next throw in the frozen veggies and then the rice. Toss and then season however you like. I just add a dash of black pepper. And then serve as a main dish or as a side dish. Either way it's yummy!
