Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the two cups of rice in water until just done.
  2. Do not over cook this or you will have mush for dinner.
  3. Drain the rice in a colander.
  4. In the mean time fry the onions on med heat in ghee until golden brown.
  5. Add the ginger garlic and the green peas.
  6. Stir fry for a minute.
  7. Add the spices (leave them whole).
  8. Add the chili (if you like spicy food break it open) otherwise leave it whole.
  9. Stir fry till the peas are done.
  10. Add the salt and then gently add the rice.
  11. Stir it gently until all the ingredients are just mixed. Place on a microwavable serving platter.
  12. Just before serving microwave on high for 3 minutes.
