Grilled Ginger Lamb Satays With Thai Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine lamb strips with gingr,garlic,sugar,fish sauce & sesame oil, refrigerate & marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Thread lamb onto 8 bamboo skewers that have been soaked for 30 minute.
  3. While lamb is in marinade, prepare dipping sauce.
  4. Combine lime juice, chili sauce,corinader & chill.
  5. Heat barbecue and cook skewers and cook for 3-4 minute on each side or until lamb is cooked.
  6. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds (optional) and dipping sauce and steamed jasmine rice.
