Directions:

  1. In 4 qt microwave casserole dish combine oil onions and garlic, cook on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Toss pork with flour and add to onion mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook on high 15 minutes until boiling.
  5. Stir and cook on medium for 1 hour until meat is tender and flavors are developed.
