Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the olive oil,lemon juice, chicken tenders and Greek seasoning in a plastic bag and mix thouroughly. Allow to sit overnight.
  2. Combine all other salad ingredients and 1 TBS of Greek dressing and toss with hands several times. Set aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on a med heat for 3 minutes. Add the chicken tenders and saute for around 3 minutes. Turn them over and saute another 3 minutes or until done depending on thickness. Add this to the salad.
  4. For a quick Greek dressing just add 1 tsp of the Greek seasoning to 1TBS olive oil, 1/4 tsp dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp honey and mix together. s&p to taste
