Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until soft, remove from water (save the water).
  2. Hand-mash or with a mixer blend potatoes, add water to smooth (I prefer to hand-mash with a fork).
  3. Add in butter in small bits (continuing to mash).
  4. And sprinkle in salt to taste.
  5. Serve warm.
