Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, xantham gum and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add Vanilla Extract. Add milk to make a thin batter. Beat until smooth. Stir in oil.
