Glazed Whole Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 8 small carrots
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in frying pan, stir in sugar.
  4. Add carrots, cook over low heat, turning several times until well glazed.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
