Ingredients:

  • 10 carrots, peeled ,halved crosswise and quartered lengthwise
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Boil carrots for 8-10 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet over medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Add carrots and toss well until coated.
