Directions:

  1. About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day, cut apples and pears into bite size chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, drain syrup from apricots and figs. Add apples, pears, grapes, ginger and lemon juice.
  3. Toss to mix well.
  4. Gently stir in apricots and figs.
  5. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
