Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon, remove from pan and crumble.
  2. Cook onion in bacon fat until tender.
  3. Add rice tomatoes broth ketchup tobasco salt and pepper and crubled bacon.
  4. Cook on low stirring frequently until rice is done and fluffy.
