Directions:

  1. Saute rice, onion and garlic until rice is slightly brown and onion is softened.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and turn down heat to medium-high for about 25-30 minutes until rice is soft and liquid is gone.
