Garlic Spinach Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add tomatoes, garlic, black bean sauce, stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the spinach, chili sauce, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  4. Keep stirring for about 3 minutes, until spinach gets wilted.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
