Garlic-Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients on a jellyroll pan which had been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!
