Ingredients:

  • cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 dash garlic
  • 7 1/2 cups red potatoes, diced (depends on how many people you are making this for)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Combine the olive oil, chili powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, Mrs. Dash in a large bowl: stir well.
  3. Add diced potatoes to the mixture and using a spoon, mix the potatoes into the bowl until fully coated.
  4. Spray the cooking spray onto the cookie sheet, then placed coated potatoes along the sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for thirty minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until brown.
