Garlic Gratin Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb fish fillets

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, toss together bread crumbs, butter oregano, lemon rind and garlic
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over fillets; place on greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Brush with Mustard; evenly spoon crumb mixture over top.
  4. Bake in 450F (230C) oven until topping is golden and crisp and fish flakes easily when tested, 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
