Garlic Dill Bread (bread Machine)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp dill seed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cups white bread flour
  • 1 2/3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp gluten

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order instructed by manufacturer.
  2. Cycle: wheat, sweet, or white Setting: Light.
  3. Use of timer feature is OK.
