Fried Zucchini With Dill

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 dried tomato kept in olive oil jar
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchinis into middlsize rectangular peaces. Cut the dill. Put them into the hot pan with olive oil. Season it with salt and pepper. Add the fresh cutted dill. Stirr it all the time. At the end add dried tomato and stir it two-three minutes more. It could be served hot or cold.
