Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salt zucchini and set aside for about 15 minutes. Squeeze liquid out.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, onion powder, potato flakes, garlic, Parmesan, Feta cheese and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Mix well and form into 8 patties.
  4. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for a few minutes on each side until golden.
